📝 Steps to Get Local Police Permission for Drone Flying (Hyderabad)

 1. Identify the Police Jurisdiction

• Find the local police station under which your flying area falls.

• Example: If you want to fly near Hussain Sagar, it comes under Saifabad Police Station / Hyderabad City Police.

2. Prepare a Permission Letter

• The letter should include:

  • Your Name, Contact details

  • Drone details (Make/Model/Weight, UIN if available)

  • Purpose (Blogging, Photography, Wedding Shoot, etc.)

  • Date, Time, and Place of flying

  • Safety assurance (you will follow DGCA rules, not fly over crowds, not near airports, etc.)

3. Submit to Police Station

• Visit the Station House Officer (SHO) of the concerned police station.
